Welcome the season of renewal with my Spring Equinox Yoga Flow. This 90-minute class is created to honor balance, flexibility and strength - drawing on the fresh energy of spring to invigorate both body and mind.

Expect a sequence that blends gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and sun salutations to align you with nature's rhythms.
